With Arsenal securing their spot in the final, the second leg of Bayern Munich and PSG’s Champions League semi-final is soon upon us.
Below is a betting tips guide, and an overall predictions and preview of this much-anticipated game.
Match preview
Paris Saint-Germain have a lot riding on this match, as they are the defending Champions League winners, despite the fact that Bayern Munich have won it six times, and last year was the French side’s first and only title.
Both teams haven’t had the easiest path to the semi-final this year, with PSG not even making it into the top eight at the end of the first league-table phase, finishing 11th on just 14 points.
The French side just about pushed past Monaco with a 5-4 aggregate win in the playoffs, aided by a red card in each game for the Monégasques team, hindering any chances of an upset.
It was in the Round of 16 where PSG really started to shine, as they decimated Chelsea both home and away, picking up an 8-2 overall victory.
Then in the quarter-final, the Parisian team knocked out Liverpool with two clean sheets and a 4-0 aggregate win.

Bayern’s Journey
In the league-table phase, Bayern Munich finished second only to Arsenal, on 21 points, meaning they didn’t have to play an extra playoff game, like their current opponents.
In the Round of 16, they thrashed Atalanta in back-to-back games, accumulating a 10-2 aggregate victory.
Then in the quarter-finals, they just edged past Spanish masters Real Madrid, in two thrilling ties, with the German side coming out on top with a 6-4 outright win.

First leg and other confrontations
These sides have already faced each other twice in the 2025/26 UCL campaign.
In the fourth round of the league phase, Bayern Munich beat PSG 2-1 away at the Parc des Princes, even though Luis Diaz was sent off on the edge of half-time.
As we know, on April 28, both sides played out one of the greatest first legs the competition has ever seen, with PSG taking a slim 5-4 lead into the second leg at the Allianz Arena, where everything is still to play for.
Bayern Munich to beat PSG at 4/7 (Sky Bet)
Bayern Munich’s quarter-final victory over Real Madrid at the Allianz Arena showed the impact that playing at home has on them, and on the other side of things – the distraction it can have for their opponents.
The noise and overall atmosphere are enough to put off even the best teams, such as the likes of PSG.
Even though they are currently a goal down in the tie, this German side has consistency and resilience to a greater depth than the French side has.
Coupled with that and their home-field advantage, it is likely that this will be enough to overcome just the one-goal deficit they have.
Over 5.5 goals to be scored at 5/2 (Sky Bet)
With a record-breaking nine goals scored in the first leg, it’s safe to say that these two hyper-aggressive sides are going to be going all out, risking it all in the last step toward the final.
In the first game, it looked like both sides were going to score with every single one of their attacks.
Both sets of attacking players produced quality, unrelenting forward play in every channel, leading to such a high volume of goals.
With less of a focus on defensive play, either side was frequently vulnerable to attacking play, meaning forward players were allowed to run wild.
